Health & Safety - Covid 19

In addition to our usual cleaning, sanitation and disinfecting practices, our team have implemented additional guidelines in the wake of Covid 19 to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff. We have set out a series of additional protective measures to make sure that every measure is taken enabling us to carry out all treatments in the safest possible conditions. With that said, some of it we’ll need your help and cooperation with so please take the time to read them all before making a booking/ attending your appointment:

WHAT WE ARE DOING

• Our team will be following all close contact PPE guidelines so will be wearing a face visor, apron and depending on the treatment; gloves.

• To keep with social distancing, we will no longer be able to have a waiting area inside the salon. So please arrive promptly and wait to be asked before coming inside.

• Between each appointment team members will be following strict cleaning guidelines such as: changing towels, refreshing one use items and sanitising all treatment stations and high touch areas such as surfaces card terminals and door handles. This is in addition to our usual tool cleaning practices of Barbicide disinfection and sealed medical pouches.

  • To reduce risk the Government guidance asks for clients to be assigned to one practitioner per visit, which we adhere to.

• It is therefore extremely important for all treatments to run to time to enable the team to safely reset the salon between bookings. Unfortunately clients who are more than 5 minutes late to their appointment risk being cancelled and charged as per our booking terms & conditions.

WHAT WE'LL NEED YOU TO DO

  •  As always, all appointments are booked online either via our website or by phone call. On the off-chance that we have a walk-in appointment available we will need you to wait outside for a member of staff to invite you in to arrange this for you.

• All clients will now also be required to wear a face covering, so if you could please have it on before entering the salon that would be appreciated.

• On arrival to the salon, and once we have invited you in we will ask you to use the hand sanitiser placed on the reception. We of course still have hand washing facilities should you wish to also use soap and water.

  • Please arrive to your appointment alone as we are unable to accommodate waiting friends, family or pets inside the salon.

• When booking pedicures with varnish please remember to always bring sandals with you.

• For the meantime please be prepared to pay with a card (preferably contactless).

• Lastly, if you, anyone you are living with, or you have come in contact with is experiencing any symptoms please reschedule or cancel your appointment as soon as possible. Our 24 hour cancelation policy still applies.

Thank you for supporting us during this time and we’re looking forward to having you in the salon very soon.
