CANCELLATIONS

'No Shows' and failure to attend your appointment without a valid reason or with a minimum of 24 hours notice may result in a fine that will be payable on any future service with us. Repeated failure to attend appointments will result in an immediate black list, and no further appointments will be available to you.

PATCH TESTS

Please let us know if you have overly sensitive skin or any specific allergies that may be affected by our treatments or products. Services using a chemical product which may cause an allergic reaction will require new customers to come in for a patch test at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will be required for any lash extension, henna or brow/lash tint service. We cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose any medications or condition that may affect your treatment. Please inform your therapist or technician of any changes in your health on subsequent visits.
